We work very close to our raw material, and we have gained a good knowledge about cultivating Quality Products.At the beginning we practised the house-to-house selling method. We sold our products direct from the garden and at the open market places close to where we live. To the benefit of a wider product range and better management of our own vegetables, we learnt about the process of lactic acid fermentation. The link between using good raw material and achieving good sales was very evident. Since 1990 we have specialised in the wholesale market. At the same we found a market niche for our product range towards a higher degree of refinement. In 1994 we moved into our new processing plant. After that, we cultivate our vegetables in the greenhouses and on the fields to supply the raw material for our fermented products. We have also established connections with several skilled ecological farmers, that are providing us with vegetables.
