Red beetroot mixture.
Fermented red beetroots, mixed with white
cabbage and onion. Heated at 45oC after
the fermentation process to preserve good product durability.
Glass jar contatning 380g.
Ingredients: Red beetroot*, white cabbage*, onion*, sea salt approx. 1.5%.
